See how we’ve helped other businesses.
A place to keep company knowledge. Less digging through files. A clearer plan for the work that takes too long. Here are examples of our AI audits, websites and hands-on training.
Keep the owner’s knowledge in the business
A specialist calibration company relied on knowledge the owner had built over decades. Much of it had never been written down.
Gumper created an AI business audit and a starting Company Brain: a place to keep company knowledge so others can find and use it. The plan showed how to record important steps, decisions and lessons as people worked.
The company has started using a ChatGPT Project to organize this information and help pass it to the next generation.
The audit also showed ways to cut manual reporting and invoice work, with staff checking report data before it is used.
Spend less time on bookings and patient follow-up
OsteoAlign wanted to reduce front-desk work without switching its booking software.
Gumper reviewed how the clinic worked and found features in Noterro worth trying first. These included booking reminders, patient follow-up and waitlist tools.
The clinic automation plan also covered how staff could help patients book their next visit and build links with local doctors.
Each recommendation explained what to try, what the owners needed to decide and how to check whether it helped.
Spend less time searching for sales leads
A salesperson who sells bench advertising spent much of her day looking for businesses and contact details online.
Gumper reviewed her work and suggested tools to make prospect research faster. The audit recommended Apollo or Clay to find business contacts, plus ways to sort important emails and prepare sales proposals.
She chose Apollo and has used it for about three months to cut down on manual research.
The audit also gave her a test plan to compare time spent and the quality of the leads she found.
Find answers in reports and emails faster
Purves Construction’s owner needed to find details buried in delivery reports, stock lists and old emails.
Gumper showed him how to upload documents and ask AI to find specific information. Connecting his email to AI also gave him a way to search past messages by asking questions.
He now uses these tools in his daily work.
Gumper also built the company’s website, created its logo, wrote service descriptions, and set up contact forms, the domain and email. Sessions continue about every two weeks for website updates and hands-on AI training.
